Your participation constitutes an express waiver of any claims, rights, or legal actions against Ontoly, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the submission, processing, or certification of carbon credits, emissions reduction data, or any related transactions.

Ontoly reserves the right to modify, update, or enforce its policies at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform or participation in any Ontoly program signifies your full acceptance of these terms and any future updates.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue participation and refrain from using Ontoly’s platform and services.
